As the proud owner of Morgan Christopher Salon & Spa, I continuously search all avenues to bring the best in knowledge and education to my staff. This is not just a business to me but a passion. As a hairdresser myself of many years, I am aware of trends and techniques in an ever changing industry.

Education is essential. As part of a KRS Consulted salon and pairing with Redken, my staff is exposed to the latest in hair color, hair cutting techniques, texture waves, and nail services the world has to offer. Traveling coast to coast and hosting guest artists keeps us up to date. All service providers are required, after licensing, to partake in an extensive 9 to 12 month training program. Our spa program and training also involves staying ahead.

Customer service is number one.

I personally coach and mentor all of my employees. Meeting with them regularly to be sure they are nurtured and respected. Self esteem is important in creating a successful work environment.
